Crazy Hair Day!
We have collected 6,000 box tops! To celebrate we had a crazy hair day this week! I couldn't believe all of the amazing looks! I think I surprised the students with my crazy hair too!
Gingerbread Goodness!
Some of our second grade friends worked with their fifth grade buddies to assemble some fantastic gingerbread houses! There was some great teamwork happening!
Community Meeting
We ended our week by coming together for our December Community Meeting. We celebrated those students that exemplified this month's trait of GENEROSITY. We also discussed January's trait of INCLUSIVITY. I shared one of my favorite books, All Are Welcome, and we talked about how we are all unique and how to embrace and celebrate that as we head into the new year. We also gave our Box Top trophy to Mrs. Capobianco's class for bringing in the most box tops this month!

All Aboard!
Mrs. Eaton's students have immersed themselves in The Polar Express over the last few weeks. They culminated on Friday night by gathering to watch the movie together as a class.
Frosty's Wishlists
During parent teacher conferences, teacher wish lists were displayed on the Main Office doors. For those that may have missed the displays, the remaining items are listed below.. 1st Grade:
Mrs. Resca – small pencil sharpeners, correction tape, paper, gel pens
Ms. Hill – baby wipes, stapler, tissues, pink erasers, washable markers x3, pencils
Mrs. Feeney – ink pad, hole punch, AA batteries
Mrs. Wright – teachers pay teachers gift cards, gel pens, funky craft scissors, hole punch, 6 sided dice, ink pads, indoor recess board games, Play-Doh containers (small)
Mrs. Wallace – Crayola model magic (purple, red, green, orange, yellow, blue – 4 oz.), Play-Doh containers (small), gift cards – Michael’s and Amazon.
2nd Grade:
Mrs. Eaton - sharpened pencils
