Happy 100th Day
We celebrated our 100th day of school this week. Students completed fun activities, brought in projects from home, and had LOTS of fun!

Seniors Visit Parkview
We were visited by a lovely bunch of 100 year old seniors this week (AKA Mrs. Resca's class) as they dressed up for the 100th day of school. Way to go ladies and gentlemen! You looked great!

Students Meet Helen Keller and Sally Ride
We were fortunate to have Sheryl Faye visit us on Friday. Sheryl Faye portrays 8 historical women and graced our pandas with two of them. Kindergarteners and first graders met Helen Keller and second graders met Sally Ride. Sheryl portrays these famous women through a first person narrative. The students loved the performances and learned a lot about these two influential women.

PAWS-itive Referrals
These students all earned paws-itive referrals this week! Keep up the great work!

Sweetheart Dance
Parkview families enjoyed our annual Sweetheart Dance! Photos, snacks, dancing, and FUN! Thanks to the PTA and its volunteers for making this a night to remember!

Puppet Show Success!
Students that attend the YMCA before school program have been working hard on a fabulous puppet show. They created puppets, a script, props, and a set. I'm so proud of all their hard work!

Erosion Scavenger Hunt
Ms. Wiese took her science class outside this week to look for signs of erosion and weathering around our school and playground.

PTA News
Ability Awareness, hosted by SEPAC, will be taking place for our second graders on February 13. Please click here if you are available to volunteer during this wonderful day.
